Working out where you are…
What these hours are and where they come from is set out on the home page.
Your location
The hours of the sun differ from location to location, so the clock needs one. It starts from the time zone your device is set to, and you can point out a location yourself or let the browser say where it is.
Nothing about you is sent anywhere. A search for a town goes to this site's own server and carries only the word you type; your own location, if you give it, stays in this browser.
Other locations
No locations yet. Add one to see which hour of the sun it is there.
